As a seasoned wildlife conservationist, I value authenticity and sustainability in my travel choices. Olive Hill Country Lodge pleasantly surprised me as a luxurious yet reasonably-priced eco-lodge. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-equipped for self-catering, including a thoughtful selection of breakfast items. The air conditioning and cozy veranda offered comfort after a day exploring the beautiful garden. A highlight was the helpful staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even assisting with the braai experience. For travelers seeking a tranquil retreat with a genuine connection to nature, this lodge offers a solid balance of luxury and affordability. I would recommend it for a peaceful and authentic getaway.
